Tenant Services

We take pride in serving our tenants and exceeding expectations. The list of our tenant services process is as follows;

We gather information regarding your specific requirements, such as location, price, property type, building facilities etc. This can be done by simply calling us, emailing or filling out our online form. Please remember the more information you provide us with, the more accurately we can meet your needs.

At this stage we search through our database and inform you about all the properties that meet your criteria. Then we would setup a time which is convenient for you, including weekday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays for viewings.

After you have viewed the available units that meet your requirements we will immediately e-mail you the pictures and details to help you shortlist those units that are most attractive.

Once you have short-listed several places for your new home, we will negotiate with the owner to meet all your requests.  Once you have decided, we will then set up a meeting for the signing of the contract. Our agents will assist you with the taking of inventory, and checking the unit to make sure that all is in order. Prior to your signing of the contract we  review it to ensure that all is correct. Once the contract is signed, we will provide you with details of how to make your monthly rental payment, and assist you in settling in with the arrangement of internet and cable TV connections.  

We represent you for the duration of your stay.  Even after you have settled into your new home, please feel free to contact us if you require any information or assistance. We will follow up periodically to ensure that you are content in your home.

Our creative marketing techniques help us to find the right tenant matching your requirements. Through our unique advertising and PR practices, we will find a tenant to rent your property at the earliest, and make sure your return on investment continues.

In our initial contact we will gather your requirements and information and then setup a time to take photographs of your property. You may either leave the key at the properties office, send someone with keys or we would setup a time to meet you, at your convenience.

Using our unique marketing techniques, your property will gain maximum exposure. Our efforts are geared towards finding you the right tenant, in the shortest amount of time possible.

We will follow up with you and inform you of any viewings we may have setup with potential tenants. We keep in touch with you via email, mailings, or telephone, until your property is rented.

Once we have found someone interested in renting your property, we will make an appointment with you to meet the tenant and sign the contract. After the tenant has moved in, we will follow up with you, or feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
